National Fitness Day event

Wednesday 21 September 5pm

Westenhanger Castle or Online through Zoom

It’s National Fitness Day on 21 September – help us make this the most active day of the year as we seek to bring together the many partners of Otterpool Park and their families, putting into practice our commitment to health and wellbeing.

The session will be led by Tamasin Jarrett, Otterpool Park’s Community Services & Events Manager who is also a Level 3 Qualified Gym Instructor and Personal Trainer.

Tamasin is a total fitness enthusiast having completed three marathons, been beasted by Ant Middleton at his military bootcamp, auditioned for the popular TV programme SAS Who Dares Wins, and more recently completed the London to Brighton Cycle Ride 2022.

The session will last 45 minutes and will start with a 10 minute warm up, followed by a 25 minute main workout that will focus on a range of movements using bodyweight, finishing up with a 10 minute cool down.

The session will be suitable for all levels of fitness and will be a fun opportunity to get your heart rate up and your body moving!

Just bring a bottle of water and a towel.
