Local housing needs survey – March

A local housing needs survey, commissioned on behalf of Folkestone & Hythe District Council, will begin next week (2 March).

Residents from Lympne, Postling, Saltwood, Sellindge, Stanford and Aldington will be randomly chosen in the door to door survey, being operated by independent social research organisation Opinion Research Services (ORS).

The results will be crucial in driving Otterpool Park’s housing strategy and ensuring the development is reflective of the housing types in demand from local people.
